The titanium carbide cermet rod(TiC rod) TiC-based Steel Bonded Carbide Rod,belongs to the steel-bonded cemented carbide, which is a kind of compound material based on the steel as the binder phase and used the refractory metal carbide(mainly the titanium carbide and the tungsten carbide) as the hard phase. The TiC rod is the high-hardness and high-strength titanium-based alloy composite material.It features extreme hardness, excellent wear resistance, and outstanding thermal stability.When combined with metals such as tungsten, cobalt, or nickel, it forms superior composite materials widely used in cutting tools, hardfacing applications, and high-temperature structural parts.
