1.Uniform Density
We use cold isostatic pressing (CIP) method to ensure more uniform density,and prevents pressing defects effectively for our tungsten carbide plate blanks.

Overpressure sintering (HIP sintering) significantly reduces porosity, enhances the tungsten carbide plates'densification, and improves overall product performance.
3.Crack Prevention
The plates undergo cryogenic treatment to release sintering stress, effectively preventing cracks during cutting and forming, thus enhancing durability.
4.High-Quality Inspection
Utilizes nondestructive ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure no sand holes or pores, guaranteeing high product quality.
5.Variety of Material Options
We offer tungsten carbide plates with different material properties according to customer's requirements, the common grades including YG6, YG8, YG10X, YG15, YG20, with high hardness ranging from HRA89.5 to HRA92.And also with high bending strength maximum up to 4000 MPa.Which makes our carbide plates very suitable for applications like wear-resistant parts and stamping dies.
