Product Description

Tungsten carbide features high hardness, excellent wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and long service life etc.In the application areas of rust removal and polishing of hardware machinery and castings,engraving of glass artwork,Sandblasting etc,Tungsten steel nozzles are required to be paired with sandblasting machines in these applications. These nozzles are mainly used in painting projects in industries such as petroleum drilling, aviation, shipbuilding, automobiles, bridges, construction engineering, railways, and surface treatment of denim fabric.

According to the shape of the internal hole, Tungsten carbide nozzles can be classified straight hole nozzles, Venturi nozzles, double Venturi
nozzles, wide throat nozzles, and laminar flow Venturi nozzles. Different internal hole shapes of tungsten carbide nozzles can achieve the best cleaning effect or sandblasting efficiency by changing the airflow and abrasive speed in different applications. Based on their purpose, these nozzles can be categorized into point spray nozzles, sandblasting cabinet nozzles, surface sandblasting nozzles, internal pipe cleaning nozzles, water jet sandblasting nozzles, angle nozzles, large area sandblasting nozzles, banana nozzles, and precision nozzles.

The design and specifications of tungsten carbide nozzles vary depending on the application, allowing them to meet different sandblasting requirements under various working conditions. The nozzle shown here is an internal pipe cleaning nozzle, specifically designed for cleaning the inside of pipes, usually used with rotating spray or Hollo-Blast tools. These nozzles are generally 360º all-directional nozzles, suitable for cleaning smaller pipes (such as 2 ½" to 6" diameter pipes) and can be equipped with replaceable deflector tips.
